With the Alkaline Diet very much on trend right now, more people are becoming aware of the importance of limiting their intake of acidic foods. Processed foods are one of the major culprits when it comes to acidic and and salt heavy foods, which can have a very negative impact on your health. A diet rich in fruit and vegetables, plus cutting out processed food, will cut the levels of acidity massively. Maintaining a good, regulated pH level in the body is crucial to good health.
